At the risk of sounding like a Karen, I must say that I would have given five stars as delivery was friendly and fast, even 15 minutes early but the portions were extremely small for dinner servings and the chicken was hard/very dried out as if it had been left over from lunch (order was placed at 5 PM). This used to be my favorite restaurant (before Covid) will try one more time perhaps when they start a buffet.

The food was 30 minutes late, cold and the guy who brought it didn't seem to speak English so when I asked questions, all he said was yes. I didn't have change, so ended up giving a 7 dollar tip. I wish I could have given no tip.

Placed order at 6:38pm for asap, order was confirmed. Call from china palace at 8:20pm about some sorta mistake. To often orders are not right. I’m done with china palace.

Order did not arrive for 1 hour, called to check on it; was told they did not have my order so I placed another order by phone for pickup. Two hours after the original order was placed, a driver showed up with the original order. I paid for it and tried to cancel the new order, but no one answered the phone. The food was stone cold. I ended up taking it back to the restaurant to get a refund. They would not refund the delivery fee, but whatever. Awful experience.

Food was all very delicious, not complaint I would have is the delivery time. But the taste was worth the wait. The delivery driver was extremely courteous.

Everything went well. My food arrived quicker than I had anticipated! The delivery driver was very courteous. The food itself was VERY GOOD! Whoever prepares the meals is a great cook! This is my second order from China Palace and this place will be my "Go-to" restaurant from now on!!

Apparently, the driver didn't read the note I wrote regarding correct path to my door. The food is very good but the inability to read directions by the delivery person can be a determining factor as regards my repeat business.

Wontons over done. Hunan too hot (my fault, not theirs). Delivery driver doesn't speak English and won't give any change back when you pay cash. I always end up giving him a ridiculously large tip.

Sesame chicken has always been my favorite food from China Palace. The order I received last night was an exception. Every piece of chicken had cartilage in it. Not very appetizing.

Ordered at 2PM and only took 20 min to deliver. Lunch prices are an incredible deal. There is a reason everyone recommends the sesame chicken. Very simple, but very tasty

Food was great. Issues taking payment and our full order wasn’t delivered. After calling the store, they agreed to provide me with free appetizers next time. Would have been 5 stars if they took my check or offered credit card option and sent my full order.
